We are looking for a professional and organized individual for an ongoing position as:


St. Royal Entertainment is looking to hire a part-time communications supervisor. The role handles two main competencies:

  1. Sales Development – handling inbound client inquiries
  2. Communications Assistant – to work alongside the CEO

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning about the music and/or event industry in a rapidly growing local live music agency.

This is a fast-moving environment, process and systems are updating constantly. You must be comfortable with change.



  • Sales development:
  • Promptly answer client inquiries (warm inbound leads) and setting up consultations calls with sales team
  • Track client data and preparing weekly reports for the sales team
  • Build and present custom reports on client data to CEO


  • Communications Supervisor:
  • Email management for CEO, multiple times per day;
  • Labeling and categorizing emails
  • Intercepting and actioning various emails-types
  • Calendar management for CEO
  • Manage meetings and appointments schedule on-going
  • Setting up networking appointments for CEO
  • General communications tasks to support the admin team
  • Attending and note taking on all team meetings (video calls), and occasional client/planner meetings
  • Support the admin team by note taking at meetings



  • Highly organized
  • Gmail
  • Google (docs, sheets, presentations)
  • Office suite – MSOffice (excel, word, powerpoint), and/or Apple (Pages, numbers, keynote),
  • CRM experience
  • Good with computers & applications
  • Competent in math or analytical thinking




  • Estimate 15-25 hrs per week, available 10am-4.30pm on weekdays.
  • Working location is generally FLEXIBLE, except:
    • 2x weekly working sessions with the admin team (Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-4pm) in Liberty Village, Soho House, Cafes, or other shared-meeting room spaces.
    • Regular weekly meetings (Video call-in) 3-4pm on Tuesdays
  • The candidate must have access to transportation to attend in-person working sessions
  • The candidate must have access to quiet workspace
